Manulife is seeking an experienced Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage cross-functional agile initiatives. This role involves partnering with business and technology leaders, guiding teams towards high-quality delivery, and fostering collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning and delivery across multiple agile teams
Maintain program roadmaps and risk management plans
Coordinate application releases with executive-level status updates




Coach Scrum Masters and Project Managers for team success
Drive continuous improvement across teams and programs

Requirements:
5+ years as a Release Train Engineer or similar role
Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Protected
Proven experience managing multi-team dependencies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in financial or regulated industries preferred
