NET Developer (Contract)

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain Public Safety Canada Secret Level Clearance

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled .NET Developer to join our team supporting a Government of Canada project. This is an in-office role where you’ll collaborate closely with a team lead and two junior developers in a energetic, hands‑on environment.

What You’ll Do
Develop and configure software packages following established standards.
Prepare and execute component and assembly test plans.
Create system documentation for programs in development or maintenance.
Define system requirements based on approved functional and technical specifications.
Monitor application performance and implement runtime improvements.

Must-Have Skills
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level Clearance .
Solid proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and C# .
Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server ,



Oracle , and Google BigQuery .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Information Security fundamentals and best practices.
Familiarity with APIs and integration.
Understanding of software engineering principles .

Base pay range

CA$30.00/hr - CA$33.00/hr
