About the RoleThe Company is seeking a Head for its Strategic Project Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the establishment and transformation of the enterprise PMO, with a solid focus on aligning accountability and enabling strategic execution. This role involves designing and evolving the PMO, defining its vision and roadmap in line with the organization’s strategic plan, and developing and implementing project management frameworks and methodologies. The Head will also be tasked with fostering a culture of continuous improvement, strengthening planning discipline, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects.




Key responsibilities for the Head include strategy, planning, and framework development, project and portfolio management, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ of experience in leading and delivering project portfolios, with a proven track record of building and operationalizing PMOs. They should possess technical skills in project management, including resource management, financial oversight, and risk management, and have a nuanced understanding of financial markets. The role requires a proactive, practical, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. A background in a policy-driven, regulatory, or public sector setting is considered an asset.
