The Flying Pig Yaletown | Vancouver, BC The Flying Pig Yaletown is seeking an experienced hospitality qualified to join our team as a Bartender/Server & Floor Supervisor .This is a leadership position for someone with a proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurants. The successful candidate will be confident behind the bar, on the floor, and in a supervisory role, helping lead service while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Requirements
Minimum 8 years of restaurant experience , including bartending and serving in busy, full-service establishments.
Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails , spirits, wine, and beer.
Ability to prepare cocktails consistently and efficiently to a high standard.
Experience supervising front-of-house teams and leading service shifts.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest relations, and service standards.
Ability to open and close the restaurant independently , including cash handling, daily reporting, security procedures, and end-of-day reconciliation.
Valid Serving It Right certification.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Deliver outstanding food and beverage service.
Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and consistency.
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
Assist with training and mentoring staff.
Manage service flow and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Perform opening and closing manager duties.

Work collaboratively with management and kitchen teams to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
