Key Responsibilities:
Assist churches in becoming vibrant and transformative
Utilize research to identify needs and prospects
Encourage churches to leverage their assets for community benefit
Provide impactful training and presentations
Maintain metrics and reporting for leadership

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in ministry
Experience in church settings preferred
Mission experience is an advantage
Networking skills with community organizations
Solid communication abilities and spiritual maturity
