In this key position, you will lead the automation and quality framework initiatives to ensure Dialpad’s AI technologies operate smoothly and efficiently. Focus on developing automated tests from the UI to backend services while engaging with development teams for optimized solutions.

This role is positioned in one of Dialpad’s Canadian offices and reports to a QA Engineering Manager based in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute quality assurance for agentic workflows
Create automation tools for AI-driven systems
Drive rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks
Integrate quality checks into CI/CD workflows
Mentor engineers in best practices for AI quality

Requirements:
Over 5 years in software engineering or SDET roles
Robust programming background in Python, Java, or Java Script
Experience with cloud-native testing and APIs
Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML technologies
Excellent collaboration skills across global teams
