Your General Responsibilities

Provide evidence‑based,



culturally responsive and trauma‑informed counselling to populations you are specialised and interested in working with (e.g., children, teens, adults, couples, families, group)

Integrate DiveThru app features (e.g., booking portal, clinically validated measures, entering tasks to work on outside of session). Training will be provided

Do your best to attend team meetings, case consultations and professional development sessions as part of a collaborative work environment and to strive for quality care

Commitment to DiveThru’s clinical values: providing person‑centred care, demonstrating cultural sensitivity, adopting a feedback‑informed approach, and showing compassion and empathy in your interactions

Your Skills

Clinical training in evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.

Excellent oral and communication skills

Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Commitment to ongoing career development and continuing education

Required

Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens and/or adults. Experience providing couples, family and/or group therapy is an asset

Full registration (not provisional) and in good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers

Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability

Completed a Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or School and Clinical Child Psychology, or Social Work with a clinical focus

Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics

See a minimum of 15 clients a week in‑person AND virtually

Salary
The rate of this contract will be $141 per session.
