Responsibilities

Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel and metal components

Assemble fabricated parts according to engineering drawings

Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Ensure weld quality meets company standards

Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality

Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on TIG & MIG welding experience

Experience working as a Shop Welder & Assembler

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints

Solid fabrication, fitting, and assembly experienceAble to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Reliable with a stable work history

Must have

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop

Strong blueprint-reading ability

Excellent fitting and assembly skills

Good communication skills in English

Located in or willing to commute to Mississauga, ON
