Job Summary
As a Hail Estimator, you will assess vehicle hail damage and provide accurate cost estimates. You will work closely with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Inspect vehicle for damage, create a repair plan and estimate of cost
Share repair plan with technician and manage the repairs to be completed
Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan
Manage claims and write estimates in Mitchell and Qapter
Travel to various clients as required
Oversee the quality of repair and ensure standards are met
Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
Knowledge of insurance procedures
Ability to build robust relationships
Ability to travel across Canada as required by business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
French language skills are an asset
