Job Role: Business Analyst, Technology Services (Service Now experience)
Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid
Position Type: Contract Role
Contract Term: 12 months
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 80-85/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Must Have:

University degree or equivalent experience (Business/Finance, Financial Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis with a focus on enterprise systems and technology platforms.

Minimum 3 years’ experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives in an analyst capacity.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including system administration, configuration, and integration.

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is an asset.

Project Management Qualified (PMP) or equivalent is an asset.





Assist in performing integration efforts between business applications (including Workday, Azure and SailPoint), ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform is essential.

Minor configuration capability is expected; complex development is not.

A ServiceNow certification (e.g., Administrator) is considered a bonus, not a requirement.

Preference is for candidates who already understand ServiceNow, rather than training from scratch.

The role is BAU-focused, not tied to a single large project.
