providing status updates to customers and internal teamsEnsure compliance with all customs, security, and regulatory requirementsLiaise with customers, airlines, agents, and customs brokersResolve shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records in the company’s freight management systemAssist with billing and cost verification as neededSupport sales and operations teams with quotes and shipment details when requiredQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2–4 years of experience in Air Export within a freight forwarding environmentStrong knowledge of air export documentation and processesFamiliarity with IATA regulations and air cargo complianceExperience using freight forwarding software (e.G., CargoWise, Descartes, Magaya, Cargowise One, or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and customer service skills
