Multinational Services ManagerThis role is responsible for leading the Multinational Services and operations for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit, ensuring service excellence and stakeholder collaboration across global partners.Hybrid work model: requires three days per week in‑person presence.What you will do- Directly responsible for attaining service goals, including production timeliness and quality standards.- Lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists for servicing and compliance.- Manage performance metrics, operational budgets, and adapt to changing business requirements.- Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer‑centric team setting.- Build strong broker relationships and serve as a key operational contact for Multinational servicing.- Deliver external broker training, presentations,



and maintain compliance with organizational standards.- Responsible for staffing, recruiting, performance management, coaching, training, and leadership.- Plan and execute strategic vision and develop strong Business Unit relationships.- Troubleshoot problem areas and resolve issues.Job Qualifications - What you bring to the tableRequired- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of underwriting experience, OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of underwriting experience.- Ability to travel for business.- Valid driver’s license.Preferred- Experience in a multinational insurance environment.Salary range: CAD 81,000 – 131,000.Zurich Canada is committed to pay equity and diversity.
