We are looking for a dedicated Parts Coordinator to be an integral part of the daily operations at our Aviva AutoCare Centre located in Mississauga.

What You’ll Do

- Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders, confirming quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
- Accurately identify necessary parts to complete repairs in the shop.
- Enter all parts and invoices into the body shop software tool.
- Maintain proper parts inventory levels.
- Monitor workflow of the parts department, ensuring work is completed.
- Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership and vehicle manufacturers.
- Source new suppliers that are cost‑effective and provide quality parts.
- Manage processing and administration of parts back‑orders and return‑to‑vendor items.
- Establish and maintain good customer‑service relationships and exceed expectations.
- Make decisions that positively impact the site and the customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized area for the automotive parts.
- Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals.

What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience working in the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Commitment to an environment of continuous improvement.
- Ability to effectively manage a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating multi‑tasking while working under pressure.
- Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change,



with a proactive mindset toward new work practices and technologies.
- Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect is preferred.
- Proven experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Genuine curiosity and an inquisitive mindset, constantly looking to improve things for customers and colleagues.
- Ability to contribute positively to our organizational culture and values.
