In this full time role, you will oversee case management for employee absences related to health issues. Reporting to the Director of Occupational Health & Safety, you will develop initiatives aimed at promoting wellness while ensuring compliance with health standards. Your expertise will directly impact employee recovery and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead case management for employee health-related absences
• Assess medical records and support workplace accommodations
• Maintain confidential health records per legislative guidelines




• Aid in the creation and execution of health programs
• Communicate effectively with staff and health providers
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and relevant health certifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational health
• Comprehensive knowledge of health legislation
• Exceptional multitasking and organization abilities
