DescriptionBusiness AnalystJob Type : PermanentLocation : Toronto - ONSITE for the first 3 months, after which a hybrid option will be considered - three days on-site and two days remote.Reporting to : Technical Development DirectorSalary : 60k to 80k CAD per yearRole Type : NewJob purpose : We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to help support the planning, analysis, and delivery of a major software development project currently underway. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure explicit communication of requirements and alignment between business goals and technical solutions.For the first three months this is an on-site role in our Toronto office, and applicants must be available to work in the office full-time. After three months a hybrid option will be considered - three days on-site and two days remote.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.Create user stories, process flows, and use cases to support system design and development.Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope, priorities,
