Join our team of Manitoba's best as we continue to build a company that champions safety, supports innovation, and delivers on our commitment to customer service - while actively fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace reflective of the communities we serve.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Nine-day work cycle, typically resulting in every other Monday off to support a balanced approach to work, family life and community.ResponsibilitiesWorkforce Planning & AnalysisSupport the annual workforce planning cycle and conduct forecasting, supply and demand modelling, scenario planning, and skills gap analysis.Analyze workforce trends and risks and translate insights into clear, actionable talent strategy recommendations.Provide data-driven insights that inform organizational priorities, decision making, and action plans.Business Partnership & AdvisoryPartner with leaders and People teams to understand workforce needs and align plans with strategic and operational priorities.Present complex workforce data in clear, business friendly ways that guide decisions at all levels.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with partners across Finance, Strategy, Data, Change Management, and People teams to strengthen alignment between workforce, financial, and operational plans.Build workforce planning capability through training, tools, and guidance.Support change adoption by promoting new processes, tools, and workforce insights across the organization.Program & CoE DevelopmentContribute to developing and improving workforce planning methodologies, tools, and standards.Serve as a CoE ambassador by championing organizational effectiveness and workforce planning practices,



raising awareness of workforce risks and opportunities.Advance Organizational Effectiveness programs through continuous improvement and collaboration with Learning & Leadership Development to strengthen leaders' workforce planning capabilities.QualificationsFour-year bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and five years of experience in workforce planning, data analytics, HR Business Partnerships, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.ORTwo-year diploma in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and seven years of experience in workforce planning, data analytics, HR Business Partnerships, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret and translate data into clear insights.Proven ability to communicate complex information to non technical audiences and present recommendations to leaders.Effective communication, collaboration, and influence skills with experience supporting change across diverse stakeholders.Able to work in evolving or ambiguous environments, with strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.Solid project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines within cross functional teams.SalaryStarting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
