What The Role Is Quacked Up To BeReporting to our VP of People and Culture, you will be the driving force for learning and development across the company. You will work closely with P&C, Operations, and frontline leaders to create current training programs for all properties. This is not an executive coaching role.
First 3 MonthsWork closely with Noah, our VP of People and Culture, to understand the current state of our L&D programs. Meet with department leaders to gather feedback on existing programs. Collaborate with frontline leadership to assess current needs and future directions. Review administrative tasks, catering needs, and event planning checklists to understand program requirements. Take over our Emerging Leaders program with Noah to create a plan for the next cohort. Run through our Leading with Love program with Ross Gilchrist to understand our leadership methodology. Review all L&D programs and the current roadmap to identify needs and priorities. Begin traveling to our various properties to meet teams and managers. First 12 MonthsRun a successful Emerging Leaders cohort from start to finish. Develop new training programs for our hotels, e.G., Front Desk Training. Partner with Operations to standardize processes and training across all properties. Establish frameworks and processes to manage all L&D programs efficiently. Champion L&D and continuous improvement at Accent, Hotel Zed, and ROAR. Develop a current L&D roadmap with input from key stakeholders to drive future learning. Own and develop an L&D dashboard to track impact and effectiveness. Partner with the executive team to develop programs addressing change management and new manager training. Serve as subject matter expert on all things L&D. Build relationships across all hotels and teams, from front desk to General Managers. This exciting role will help shape how our culture and learning environment evolve at Accent Inns, Hotel Zed, and ROAR. You will spend 40–60% of your time traveling to various locations to facilitate workshops. Your ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with subject matter experts is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
