• Resolve L1 and L2 AV incidents promptly
• Diagnose and manage potentially defective hardware




• Provide hands-on support for meetings and meeting rooms

Requirements:
• Several years of AV installation or support experience
• Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron and Cisco
• Basic understanding of network protocols
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Teams
• Personal vehicle and G license are necessary
