What Youll Do As an Office Coordinator,



youll ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for while keeping our practice running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming Patients: Greet each patient warmly and create an inviting atmosphere for children and adults alike.

Scheduling with Care: Manage appointments efficiently and keep the schedule on track.

Be a Resource: Provide patients and their families with clear, compassionate communication about procedures and next steps.

Support Our Team: Assist with administrative tasks, dental records, and other duties that help our practice thrive.
