Your trade leads the day - plumbing and gas calls are yours.

But at Welldone, every technician also works on HVAC equipment, and there is a lot of it.

No HVAC experience? We will train you - that is the expectation, and the opportunity to add a second skill set.

Position Overview: Run plumbing and gas service calls: install, repair, maintain, and test commercial and light industrial plumbing and gas systems.

Diagnose plumbing and gas-related issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.

Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.

Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts

Deliver professional,



high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

Job Qualifications: Certified Journeyperson Plumber and/or licensed General Gasfitter preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Proven experience on commercial and light industrial plumbing projects.

Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.

Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Valid Class 5 driver''s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
