Job Title: Director, Organizational Effectiveness Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: + months Daily Responsibilities: Joining daily meetings, listening for key action item/takeaways from an OE lens, and/or providing guidance to other stakeholders Must have skills: + years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, transformation, strategy, or management consulting (FSI experience is an asset) Ability to advise senior leaders and implement programs in all areas of organizational effectiveness.

Proven experience to successfully effect change in a matrix organization and ability to manage the successfully transition from current to future state.

Experience in breaking ambiguous problems into component parts, identifying logical methods to solve them and assessing business opportunities and impact Experience in Org Design and/or Change Management Strong Power

Point skills - ability to develop executive-ready deliverables (slide decks) including strategic recommendations Strong communication,



presentation and storytelling skills (oral and written) with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely to senior audiences Must be able to tailor messages and Power

Point slides for different audiences Ability to work and think strategically.

Ability to facilitate complex problem-solving sessions with varied stakeholders groups to drive to solutions.
