Senior Infrastructure Analyst Location: Calgary, AB Work Model: Onsite Job Type: Contract / Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support enterprise infrastructure operations, modernization, security, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft infrastructure, SCCM/Intune, vulnerability and patch management, monitoring, IAM, and Azure .

Key Responsibilities Manage and support enterprise infrastructure operations and modernization initiatives.

Perform vulnerability management, patch management, and remediation across infrastructure and endpoints.

Monitor infrastructure using SCOM and cloud monitoring/observability tools .

Administer and manage Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.

Drive endpoint modernization, lifecycle management, configuration, and compliance .

Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) , including: Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Privileged Access Management/Controls Service Account Governance Identify opportunities for infrastructure automation and operational efficiency .

Develop and maintain technical documentation, infrastructure standards, procedures, and operational runbooks .

Support audit readiness, security controls,



and compliance requirements .

Provide operational support for Azure infrastructure and cloud environments .

Required Skills Strong experience in Enterprise Infrastructure Operations .

Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune .

Robust knowledge of Vulnerability & Patch Management .

Experience with SCOM and infrastructure monitoring/observability .

Strong understanding of IAM, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access controls .

Experience with Service Account Governance .

Experience in Endpoint Management, Modernization, and Lifecycle Management .

Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with infrastructure automation and operational improvement .

Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Cloud Operations .

Experience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization .

Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit readiness processes.

Candidate Profile Senior-level infrastructure professional with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise infrastructure and endpoint technologies .

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work in an onsite enterprise environment in Calgary, AB .
