No HVAC experience? We will train you - that is the expectation, and the opportunity to add a second skill set.

Position Overview: Run electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and light industrial buildings.

Diagnose electrical issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.

Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.

Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.

Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment

Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts

Deliver professional,



high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation.

Job Qualifications: Journeyperson Electrician certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) - registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical service

Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment - no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.

Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Valid Class 5 driver''s license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
