As the NP‑MRP, you will hold full clinical accountability for patients across their episode of care—leading assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge planning, and follow‑up within your legislated scope of practice. About the Role As a Nurse Practitioner – MRP , you will function as the primary clinical provider , coordinating and managing care to ensure timely, high‑quality transitions while optimizing patient outcomes and system efficiency.



Working within an advanced nursing practice framework, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interprofessional partners, consulting or transferring care when needs extend beyond NP scope.
