Job Code: Business Analyst / Data Analyst Location: Montreal, QC Job Description: The role we are offering you: As a Data Analyst- Power BI , you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support governance frameworks.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, dashboards and reports using Power BI Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards).

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards.

Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Provide training and support to dashboard users.

Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Our ideal candidate has:



Bachelor''s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.

Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.

Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 2 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams. A results-driven mindset with robust focus on achieving project objectives.

Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.

Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
