Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Bake mixed dough and batters Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Prepare special orders Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Operate machinery Organize and maintain inventory Work conditions and physical capabilities Ability to distinguish between colours Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Hand-eye co-ordination Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Dependability Team player Patience Support for persons with disabilities Provides auditory accessibility accommodations (for example: transcription software, teletypewriters, etc.) Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities Offers mentorship,
