Job Summary

To provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.

Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue and posting receipts.

Responsibilities

Track RMA''s (return material authorization) and issue credit for sales returns

Process intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany balances

Prepare bank deposits

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Process customer sales invoices and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Education, experience, skillsBS or Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Relevant AR experience in a fast-paced environmentCGA/CMA Second-level

Knowledge of accounting and mathematics procedures and regulations is an asset.

Must have strong computer knowledge.
