Our financial services client is seeking a Data Analyst (5+ years) to support customer journey deployment using SAS, SQL, Teradata, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI Join a high-impact data analytics team within a leading banking environment driving customer journey optimization initiatives.

This contract role focuses on technical design, data validation, and performance measurement across complex multi-platform data environments.

Candidates will gain exposure to high-visibility analytical projects supporting enterprise-level deployments.

Duration: 24 months Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto: 2 to 3 days/week) Must Haves 5+ years of experience in data analytics , reporting , and journey measurement within customer-facing environments Hands-on proficiency in SAS ,



SQL , Teradata/DBVisualizer , Salesforce CRM , and Power BI Experience in fintech , telecommunications , or comparable banking / financial services settings Bachelors degree in a related field Nice to Have Prior involvement in customer journey deployment projects Exposure to user acceptance testing processes Responsibilities Design technical specifications for journey deployment initiatives Support user acceptance testing to validate data availability and quality Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover issues and actionable insights Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
