Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and implement individualized nursing care
• Gather and record patient assessments efficiently

Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited School of Nursing
• Two years of nursing experience in acute care
• One year of relevant hospice/palliative care experience
• Registered with BCCNM
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary workplace
