Overview Signature Dental is a modern, progressive dental practice located in a LEED 2 certified building in Victoria, BC. Our clinic is filled with natural light from waist-to-ceiling windows, creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. We are a word-of-mouth practice, growing rapidly, and led by a Kois and Spear trained dentist. We offer advanced services including Cerec crowns, Invisalign/Suresmile, implants, and laser dentistry.
Summary We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, though new graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of Power Practice Exan Software is an asset.
Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist license in British Columbia




Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (current grads welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Power Practice Exan Software (asset)
