• Manage contractor interactions through project phases

• Oversee regular risk assessments and documentation

Requirements:
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
• Proven on-site project delivery experience
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Extensive experience delivering public sector projects
