This role is also an excellent opportunity for experienced Senior Law Clerks or Senior Licensed Paralegals looking to transition into a leadership and operations‑focused position within a growing litigation practice.
Position Overview The Office Manager will be the operational heartbeat of the firm — overseeing day‑to‑day office functions, supporting lawyers and staff, improving internal processes, and helping foster a professional, collaborative, and high‑energy workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the law firm
Manage administrative staff scheduling, workflow, and office procedures
Support lawyers and legal staff with operational and administrative needs
Maintain organized office systems, legal files, and internal processes
Liaise with vendors, IT providers, building management, and external service providers
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Assist with billing coordination, document management, and file organization
Ensure office compliance with legal and professional standards
Handle confidential and time‑sensitive matters with discretion
Coordinate meetings, calendars, firm events, and internal communications
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and office operations
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of office management experience within a litigation law firm
Strong understanding of legal office operations and litigation procedures
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
Leadership or team management experience is considered an asset
