This key position encompasses planning and executing maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will prioritize safety and quality while responding effectively to emergencies. Your role will also involve assisting with continuous training and improvement initiatives, all under a work schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off, with provided accommodations and meals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance activities
• Handle emergencies and service response effectively
• Track and manage work order allocation via CMMS
• Maintain occupational health and safety standards
• Facilitate staff training to promote best practices
Requirements:
• Red seal trade certification or equivalent education
• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance
• Deep understanding of maintenance safety procedures
• Solid Microsoft Office and CMMS skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence needed
