This full-time position involves directing the multidisciplinary team to enhance the lives of those in care. Responsibilities include supervising programs, ensuring adherence to established health regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for staff and clients alike. Your leadership will ensure the program's effective delivery and adherence to culturally protected practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide day-to-day operations of treatment services
• Mentor staff in service delivery and crisis management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Support culturally specific care for Indigenous populations
• Design and conduct program evaluations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant discipline
• Registered Social Worker or Counsellor in BC
• 5+ years of managerial experience in addiction treatment
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Criminal records check needed for hiring
