Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary advisor for contracts
• Negotiate, draft, and execute contractual agreements
• Review contractual documents, assessing liability risks
• Manage customer and subcontractor contract lifecycles
• Provide support in proposal submissions and negotiations
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years’ experience in high-technology transactions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal interactions
• Relevant degree in business, law, or engineering
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
