We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you will analyze financial data, build predictive financial models, track budget performance, and deliver actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions.

Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis comparing actual financial performance against budget and historical trends; present findings and recommendations to department heads.

Strategic Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and board presentation decks.

Operational Insights: Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to evaluate unit economics, ROI on key investments, and pricing strategies.

Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Support strategic initiatives, including M&A; evaluations, capital allocation decisions, and cost-optimization projects.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data collection, streamline reporting workflows, and enhance financial reporting systems.

Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience: 24 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate FP&A;, investment banking, or accounting.

Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus.

Certifications: Progress toward or completion of CFA, CMA, or CPA is preferred but not required.

Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, sharp critical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
