The key success to this position will be the applicants ability to deliver consistent services, manage stakeholders, resolve escalations and improve processes displaying great organization The role is based out of the Montreal office, reporting into regional buy team based in Montreal.
As part of your responsibilities, you will: Deliver on the conversion of released purchase requestions into compliant purchase orders Deliver globally consistent buy services with a focus to strengthen engagement and capability.
Partner with business stakeholders to review and improve delivery of the PP services Drive continuous improvement through idea generation and implementation Understand the risk and compliance landscape and ensuring that all requirements are met Manage and resolve issues, escalations and process inconsistencies with in the buy EE process To succeed in this role, you will have: years of work experience in PP domain, with extensive experience of buy processes in a shared service environment strong language skills in English & French Strong experience working with SAP ECC or SH and SBN Purchase to Pay processes A team-oriented approach, ability to work across organizational lines, as a team.
Strong exposure to global business environments / global roles Effective interpersonal and communication skills Analytical and problem solving skills Be self-driven, proactive, result oriented, structured Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
