Job Responsibilities

- Assist in branch setup and operations, including lease agreement management, budget preparation, and expense reimbursement processing
- Communicate and implement branch management policies and compliance requirements; support internal inspections and 6S on-site management
- Maintain office assets inventory and coordinate facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Support the receiving, dispatching, and stocktaking of equipment and spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate visitor reception and maintain daily communication with landlords, property management,



and external partners
- Provide operational support and collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily branch activities

Qualifications

- College diploma or above
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations support, office administration, asset management, logistics, or related fields
- Familiar with basic expense reimbursement procedures and document management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in both Chinese Mandarin and English for daily communication
- Willingness to travel to other company branches as required (including Vancouver)
