Votre rle: Vous tes passionn(e) par la conception, lingnierie et la rsolution de problmes techniques ? titre de Concepteur(trice) de projets spciaux , vous serez au cur de projets qui touchent directement nos procds de fabrication et nos oprations.

Vous concevrez des outillages spcialiss, des solutions techniques et des infrastructures permettant damliorer notre performance, notre qualit et notre capacit rpondre aux exigences de lindustrie arospatiale.

Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les quipes techniques, mthodes, production, maintenance, qualit et commerciales , tout en ayant loccasion de contribuer des projets damlioration et dindustrialisation fort impact.

Ce que vous ferez Concevoir des outillages spcialiss pour les procds arospatiaux , notamment HVOF, grenaillage, placage Chrome, Nickel-Cadmium, Cadmium-Titane, Zinc-Nickel et Nickel autocatalytique.

Dvelopper et amliorer des concepts doutillage en privilgiant la fabricabilit, la scurit, la performance et la facilit dentretien .

Effectuer les revues de conception et assurer la qualit des solutions dveloppes.

Participer l industrialisation de nouvelles pices et de nouveaux procds .

Concevoir et soutenir des projets lis aux infrastructures, quipements et amliorations dusine.

Collaborer avec les quipes techniques, mthodes, maintenance, qualit, production et commerciales afin de transformer les besoins oprationnels en solutions concrtes .

Communiquer avec les clients et les fournisseurs pour clarifier les exigences techniques lorsque requis.

Prparer, rviser et maintenir la documentation technique et les standards internes.

Assurer le suivi de fabrication des outillages et des composantes.

Participer loptimisation du parc doutillages et au dveloppement de solutions utilisant l impression 3D FDM .

Fournir un soutien technique aux oprations et contribuer au transfert de connaissances.

Le profil que nous recherchons: Formation Baccalaurat en gnie mcanique, ou DEC en gnie mcanique ou en construction aronautique avec exprience pertinente.

Exprience Ingnieur(e) mcanique: 2 3 ans dexprience pertinente ; Technicien(ne) : 5 10 ans dexprience pertinente .

Comptences techniques Matrise de Solid

Works et des outils de conception/dessin technique.

Excellente capacit interprter des dessins 2D, modles 3D et spcifications de fabrication arospatiales.

Bonne matrise de Microsoft Office.

Exprience en conception doutillages,



en fabrication ou dans un environnement manufacturier arospatial un atout important .

Langues: Franais et anglais, loral et lcrit.

Your Role: Are you passionate about design, engineering and solving complex technical challenges ? As a Special Projects Designer , you will play a key role in projects directly supporting our manufacturing processes and operations.

You will design specialized tooling, technical solutions and infrastructure to improve our performance, quality and ability to meet the demanding requirements of the aerospace industry.

You will work closely with our Engineering, Methods, Production, Maintenance, Quality and Commercial teams , while contributing to high-impact industrialization and continuous improvement projects.

What You Will Do Design specialized tooling for aerospace processes , including HVOF, shot peening, Chrome, Nickel-Cadmium, Cadmium-Titanium,



Zinc-Nickel and electroless Nickel plating.

Develop and improve tooling concepts with a focus on manufacturability, safety, performance and maintainability .

Conduct design reviews and ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Support the industrialization of new parts and processes .

Design and support projects related to plant infrastructure, equipment and process improvements.

Collaborate with Engineering, Methods, Maintenance, Quality, Production and Commercial teams to transform operational requirements into practical, effective technical solutions .

Communicate with customers and suppliers to clarify technical requirements when required.

Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation and internal standards.

Follow up on the manufacturing of tooling and infrastructure components.

Contribute to the optimization of the tooling fleet and the development of solutions using FDM 3D printing .

Provide technical support to operations and contribute to knowledge transfer and on-the-job training.

What Were Looking For Education Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or College Diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Manufacturing/Construction with relevant experience.

Experience Mechanical Engineer: 23 years of relevant experience ; Engineering Technician: 510 years of relevant experience .

Technical Skills Proficiency in Solid

Works and technical design/drafting tools.

Robust ability to read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models and aerospace manufacturing specifications.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in tooling design, manufacturing or an aerospace manufacturing environment is a strong asset .

Languages: French and English, spoken and written.
