Maintain traceability across requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment activities.

Evaluate, recommend, and incorporate AI/ML, automation, and intelligent workflow capabilities within supported systems.

Mentor and coach analysts and project team members on solution analysis, system design, and platform best practices.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements Minimum Requirements Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and related business processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash Robust understanding of enterprise application environments and system integration concepts.

Leads the development of testing, integration and implementation of systems solutions into the clients'' applications Guides the feasibility studies and cost effective analyses of proposed client I⁢ initiatives, ensures all studies and analyses are documented Leads the technical aspects of projects related to the development and/or acquisition of a diverse range of client applications through all stages of the SDLC Demonstrated experience gathering requirements,



translating business documents into technical specifications Experience leading development/support teams supporting multi-dimensional and relational databases and their applications Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex applications utilizing relational and multi-dimensional databases Ability to provide implementation and post implementation support as required Oversees the research and evaluation of the technical components in the acquisition of software, hardware, technology, systems and products Recommends and directs the measurement and improvement of tools, techniques, standards and performance criteria Provides coaching and direction to junior analysts throughout the project through all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle.

Desirable Skills Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies Knowledge and experience with middleware and gateways Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices Experience with development/maintenance of documentation as per Methodology Good working knowledge of Dimensions and Facts Knowledge of multidimensional structures (cubes) Ability to gather, review and provide feedback to business requirements Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a master''s degree is an asset.

Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 and Power Platform certifications.

Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system architecture, integration concepts, and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).

Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including Product Information Management, Master Planning, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.

Experience with testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and production support in complex technology environments.

Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs, system configurations, and functional specifications.
