Senior Human Resources Manager (12-Month Contract) Location: York Region A dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager is needed to lead all on-site HR operations within a fast-paced seasonal workplace.

As a strategic partner to operational leadership, this role aligns people strategies with business priorities to drive performance and enhance the employee experience in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of employment legislation, and proven expertise in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, along with the integrity, discretion, and sound judgment required to support a large seasonal workforce and complex workplace matters.

This working arrangement is onsite daily, including weekends.

Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.





Responsibilities Oversee all on-site HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, HR compliance, employee relations, perks and compensation, training and development, and performance management Provide HR guidance to the management team, supporting informed decision-making on employee issues and workplace concerns Ensure adequate staffing levels across all departments Manage and mitigate legal and compliance risks, partnering with external legal counsel as required Ensure accurate HR reporting, record-keeping, and audit readiness Lead, coach, and manage the performance of HR team members Partner with corporate teams to implement and maintain enterprise-wide standards and initiatives Manage the HR division budget and expenses
