Fraser Health seeks a Casual Physiotherapist to support its Home Health team in Surrey. This role is focused on empowering clients through effective physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

You'll work with diverse client needs, developing effective care plans and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive services. Your input will be vital in assessing therapeutic effectiveness and facilitating community reintegration for clients. Education on mobility aids and adaptive techniques will also be a core component of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy services and therapeutic exercises
• Formulate and monitor individualized care plans
• Educate clients on independence and safety




• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and client outcomes
• Keep accurate client documentation and reports

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Physiotherapy program
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in community settings
• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Valid BC Driver's License for business purposes
• Proven ability in communication and leadership
