Auxo is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a fast-growing startup building AI-powered products for the financial industry.

The company combines data aggregation with advanced AI to help financial advisors deliver smarter, more personalized insights to their clients.

You’ll take a lead role in scaling generative AI systems, optimizing infrastructure, and mentoring a growing team of engineers.

What You’ll Do

Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems using LLMs, RAG, and agentic capabilities

Build and maintain production‑grade pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and model integration

Develop microservices and APIs supporting LLM‑based features such as chatbots and smart automation

Evaluate and optimize model performance and cost using Gemini, Claude, and GPT

Collaborate with data and backend teams to align AI development with product goals

Drive innovation through benchmarking, experimentation, and best practices





Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to strengthen the team’s technical depth

Who You Are

6+ years designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production

Strong hands‑on experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI

Proven experience with LLMs , RAG, and context‑retrieval systems

Experience integrating with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs

Skilled with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker/Terraform/CI‑CD

Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and microservice architectures

Great communicator who thrives in small, fast‑moving teams

Fintech experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agent frameworks

Hands‑on experience benchmarking or fine‑tuning LLMs

Familiarity with multi‑model orchestration or hybrid AI environments
