Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a talented and experienced Social Content Specialist who lives and breathes content creation. As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in developing, producing, and curating high-impact content that resonates across our social platforms - IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta. From compelling videos and eye-catching photos to dynamic graphic designs, your creativity will elevate both brands and captivate Nest Designs’ and Petite Revery’s audiences.

As the Social Content Specialist , you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager , to execute engaging, shareable and visually stunning content that resonates with our community. You will be instrumental in bringing our social media strategies to life, driving social media results, account growth and increased engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Content Development
Develop refined, strategically aligned content plans that go beyond standard posting schedules and support broader brand marketing objectives




Conduct basic audience and performance analysis to inform content decisions
Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and platform-specific opportunities

Content Production & Execution
Create and produce all visual content for IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta, including:
Reels
TikTok videos
Professional photography
Graphic design assets
Implement sophisticated content creation techniques:
Advanced video editing with intentional storytelling
Strategic use of trending sounds and visual techniques
Creating content series with cohesive brand narratives
Edit and optimize content for maximum engagement:
Ensure videos are short, dynamic, and well-paced
Add relevant text overlays
Enhance visuals to keep viewers engaged

Production Logistics & Brand Management
Manage full logistics of photo and video shoots:
Source clothing, props, and backdrops
Coordinate with models
Execute content days and photo shoots (in-studio and on-location)
Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Document photo shoots, design processes, and product launches for behind-the-scenes content
Maintain a well-organized digital library of visual assets

Community & Performance Management
Assist with inbound and outbound social community management
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Customer Service team
Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct monthly content performance reviews
Create reports with insights beyond surface-level metrics
Identify trends and opportunities on TikTok and Instagram

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, graphic design, or related field
At least 3-4 years of content creation experience
Proven track record of creating engaging social media content
Advanced proficiency in content creation tools:
Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
CapCut
Strong understanding of social media platform dynamics
Ability to create content that resonates with parents and families
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Capabilities
Experience with performance marketing concepts
Basic data analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content
Portfolio showing creative problem-solving in content creation

Schedule
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time, 12 month maternity leave contract with possibility of extension
