Base pay range CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues within the legal services industry.
A global legal services firm with over 15,000 employees.
Description Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, track, and resolve support tickets promptly using the internal ticketing system.
Assist with workstation setup and configuration for new employees, including peripherals and software installations.
Monitor and maintain system performance, addressing recurring technical issues as they arise.
Support remote users with VPN connectivity, remote desktop access, and related troubleshooting.
Profile Experience delivering technical support working with Service Now.
Solid understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.




Excellent customer service abilities paired with strong communication skills.
Proficiency with common operating systems and standard business applications.
