Our client is a global provider of intelligent traffic systems and smart mobility solutions. They are seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships across Ontario in the ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems) space.

Location: Ontario, Canada

Remote/Field-based

This position is ideal for a strategic, entrepreneurial sales leader who is passionate about smart mobility and public infrastructure solutions. The Territory Manager will oversee and grow key ITS divisions—including Traffic Calming, Parking, and Speed Enforcement—by developing a targeted sales and marketing plan, identifying new market opportunities, and leading with data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase ITS market share
Build and nurture relationships with key government and infrastructure stakeholders
Identify market trends and growth opportunities through strategic analysis
Drive operational excellence across sales processes and systems
Present data-backed insights to executive leadership

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
5+ years of experience in sales or account management
Proven success selling hardware and software to government clients
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and innovation
