Position: QA Accessibility Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.x, AODA, and other accessibility standards.
Use tools such as AXE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, WAVE, and similar for accessibility validation.
Collaborate with developers and designers to identify, document, and remediate accessibility issues.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Define and maintain accessibility acceptance criteria for user stories.
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and maintain defect logs in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or QTest.
Conduct requirement analysis and provide feedback on accessibility gaps during story grooming.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely resolution of accessibility defects and track progress throughout sprints.
Contribute to accessibility best practices, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
