THE POSITION Handle bond requests, client files and coordinate with surety markets
Manage bond applications, renewals, expiries, client info, contract reviews
Liaise with surety underwriters and stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the brokerage management system.
Manage client requests and support Producers
Maintain important market relationships and participate in industry functions
MUST HAVES Level 2 General Insurance License
3-5 years surety experience, or strong interest in surety with experience in other areas of commercial insurance
Construction experience an asset
Understanding of EPIC an asset (or knowledge of other brokerage management system)




Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional organizational skills
