As part of our team, you will work in a world-class battery lab, contributing to the development and validation of battery packs.

Key Responsibilities Execute battery pack development and validation tests.

Collaborate with lab technicians on test preparation, setup, execution, and post-test handling.

Generate comprehensive test reports and interim reports as needed.

Ensure adherence to lab safety protocols and testing standards.

Optimize test equipment utilization in collaboration with schedulers.

Proactively address and resolve test-related issues.

Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of three years of experience in laboratory or engineering environments.

Proficiency in laboratory tools and instruments.

Experience with lithium-ion batteries.





Solid communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Preferences Master of Science degree or higher in a relevant field.

Familiarity with AVL PUMA or similar battery test systems.

Experience with CAN tools and data processing using MATLAB or Python.

Knowledge of EV battery pack diagnosis and teardown.

Understanding of ISO 17025 or 9001 accreditation.
