Your newpany Our client is a well-established, privately owned real estate developer, owner, and property manager with a significant presence across Metro Vancouver.

They are looking to bring in a strong Building Manager to their newest rental building in Vancouver.

Your new role Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.

Oversee the daily upkeep of the building, grounds,mon areas, and vacant suites.

Coordinate contractors, service providers, and suite turnover activities to ensure homes are move-in ready.

Manage move-ins, move-outs, elevator bookings, amenities, guest suite reservations, and other resident services.

Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and assisting prospective residents.

Maintain positive tenant relationships, investigateplaints, and respond to emergencies when required.

Monitor parking, storage, and building rulepliance while maintaining accurate records.

Assist with rent collection, deposits, notices, tenant correspondence, and general property administration.

Coordinate work orders, maintain contractor and resident records, and support maintenance and capital projects.





Participate in resident engagement initiatives andmunity events.

Ensurepliance with health, safety, and residential tenancy regulations.

What you''ll need to succeed High school diploma required; post-secondary education is considered an asset. 1+ year experience as a Building Manager, Caretaker, Resident Manager, or similar role.

Strong customer service,munication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced residential environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience is an asset.

Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Professional, mature, and confident when dealing with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
